Report Abstract:
With the expansion of deep learning application scenarios in the era of artificial intelligence, from natural language processing and search recommendations to industrial equipment health management, deep learning is facing a shift from performance-driven to risk-sensitive modes. When applied to industries and medical fields that are closely related to human life safety, a wrong diagnosis can lead to irreparable consequences. Therefore, a reasonable solution is to achieve interpretable and trustworthy deep learning. Signal processing, as an inductive priori starting from signal characteristics, has the advantages of well-developed theory, rich signal priors, and strong interpretability. Deep learning corresponds to the disadvantages of opaque algorithms, less signal analysis priors, and uninterpretable results. This report will briefly introduce some of our recent research work: how signal processing, especially wavelet analysis technology, empowers deep learning and applies it to intelligent diagnosis.
