The college attaches great importance to the cultivation of young/newly joined teachers, especially the training and improvement of teaching levels. Through the college-level lecture competition, on the one hand, it is to select teacher representatives to participate in the school-level competition, showing the characteristics and style of our college's professional teachers. On the other hand, it is to allow the participating young teachers to receive guidance from renowned teachers, directly and effectively improving their teaching abilities and levels.
