On the afternoon of October 26th, a delegation of six people including Lin Min, the Dean of the School of Computer Science and Technology at Inner Mongolia Normal University, and Liu Lin, the person in charge of the degree program, visited our college for research and exchange. The exchange meeting was chaired by Nian Yongqi, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the College. Xue Feng, the Vice Dean of the Software College, Wu Gongqing, the Director of the Computer and Science Department, the Deputy Director of the Satellite, and relevant teachers attended the meeting.

Secretary Nian Yongqi warmly welcomed Dean Lin Min and his delegation, and introduced the history and basic situation of the college, including the current majors, teachers and students. Dean Lin Min expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of our college, and also introduced the situation of the School of Computer Science and Technology at Inner Mongolia Normal University to the teachers present. Inner Mongolia Normal University is one of the earliest higher education institutions established by the Party and the state in the frontier ethnic areas after the founding of New China. It is a key university in the autonomous region, a university supported by the national "Revitalization Plan for Higher Education in the Central and Western Regions", and a school in the Ministry of Education's "Support Plan for Higher Education Institutions in the Western Region". At present, the School of Computer Science and Technology has four teaching departments: the Computer Department, the Network and Software Engineering Department, the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Department (Alibaba Cloud Big Data College), and the Computer Public Course Teaching and Research Department. It has four undergraduate majors: Computer Science and Technology (Normal), Network Engineering, Software Engineering, and Data Science and Big Data Technology. The college has distinctive features in the training of normal talents and ethnic talents.

Subsequently, both sides introduced their own situations in terms of discipline construction, degree point construction, and key laboratory construction, and learned from each other's experiences. Both sides expressed their hope to strengthen exchanges in the future, find opportunities for cooperation, and jointly complete some valuable work.
